CITL invites you to participate in Session 4 of our professional development series focused on the human skills that form the foundation of personal and professional success. This week, we will focus on the skills of Intrapersonal Communication, including Self-Awareness, Self-Management, and Self-Efficacy.

This 12-part series will run from 12:30-1:30 on Wednesdays in CITL, on the following dates:

March: 11, 25
April: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
May: 6
