Upcoming Information Sessions

SUNY Reconnect offers eligible New Yorkers ages 25–55 the opportunity to earn a degree in high-demand fields with free tuition through SUNY. At Columbia-Greene Community College, adult learners can receive one-on-one support exploring programs, navigating admissions, and taking the next step toward their goals.

Police Basic Training is a 30-credit certificate program designed to prepare students for careers in law enforcement. The program meets and exceeds the standards for Phase I Pre-Employment Police Training established by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, giving students the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training needed to enter the field with confidence.

Curious about a career in tech or cybersecurity? Hear from faculty about our Computer Science (A.S.) and Cyber Security/Digital Forensics (A.S.) programs, transfer opportunities, and the growing career pathways these degrees can open. Representatives from our Admissions and Financial Aid offices will also be on hand to answer your questions.

Join us for a Nursing and Allied Health information session. Learn about C-GCC’s ACEN-accredited Nursing (A.S.) program, including admission requirements, the NCLEX licensing process, and how our graduates achieve a 100% employment rate within six months of graduation. Representatives from our Admissions and Financial Aid offices will also be on hand to answer your questions.

Explore C-GCC’s Business programs, including our fully online A.A.S. option with a hands-on internship experience. Faculty will walk you through coursework, career paths, and getting started. Interested in becoming a teacher? Learn about C-GCC’s Education programs, including childhood and adolescence tracks jointly registered with SUNY New Paltz, and our one-year Teaching Assistant certificate. Qualifying students earn guaranteed admission to SUNY New Paltz. Representatives from our Admissions and Financial Aid offices will also be on hand to answer your questions.

Want to learn more about a particular program? Admissions can answer your questions and, when available, connect you to faculty, as well as arrange visits to hands-on programs like Automotive Technology, Construction Technology, Nursing and more.
