Take a moment to relax and recharge! Enjoy a free chair massage on Wednesday, December 10, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Wellness Lounge. Drop in for a quick, stress-relieving break—your mind and muscles will thank you!
11:00 am – 2:00 pm, Wellness Lounge – Room 120 A gentle, relaxing energy therapy that promotes calm, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being. A certified practitioner will guide you through a restorative session designed to help you feel more balanced and centered.
12:30-1:30pm; Various locations on campus Wrigs, the Hudson Police Department’s first therapy dog, will be on campus with his handler, Sgt. Larry Edelman, to bring comfort and smiles to our community. He’ll be making rounds around the buildings, so be sure to come and say hello!
