The Human Skills AI Can’t Replace

February 11 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

The Center for Teaching, Innovation, & Learning invites faculty to The Human Skills AI Can’t Replace.

As artificial intelligence becomes more embedded in our daily work, intentionally strengthening human skills is essential to effective teaching, leadership, collaboration, and decision-making. This 12-week professional development series centers on the 12 human skills that AI cannot replace, offering a reflective, discussion-based space to share ideas and learn from one another. Each session focuses on one skill, inviting participants to consider how it shows up in their own roles, how AI may support or complicate it, and how developing human-centered capacities can enhance equity, institutional culture, and professional impact in an AI-saturated world.

This 12-part series will run from 12:30-1:30 on Wednesdays in CITL, on the following dates:

February 11, 18, 25
March 4, 11, 25
April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
May 6

This event is open to faculty and adjunct faculty.
