The Human Skills AI Can’t Replace: Systems Thinking
April 8 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Systems thinking is a cognitive skill that allows us to see how parts of a process connect, influence one another, and produce outcomes over time. As one of the uniquely human skills, it helps us recognize patterns, anticipate consequences, and make thoughtful decisions based on context rather than isolated information. AI can support this process by quickly generating information, identifying patterns, and offering possible connections, but human judgment remains central because only we can interpret meaning, weigh consequences, and decide how insights should be applied within complex human systems.
