New Yorkers ages 25–55 without a college degree who enroll in an eligible full-time or part-time associate degree program—or who enroll in the Nursing program (regardless of prior degree status)—are eligible.
The SUNY Reconnect program covers the cost of tuition, fees, books, and supplies after all other financial aid is applied. It does not cover housing.
