Organizational Chart

The Columbia-Greene Community College Board of Trustees oversees the governance of the College. The President, who reports to the Board, leads the Executive Leadership team comprising the Provost / Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and the Vice President of Administration / Chief Financial Officer as well as the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management; Executive Director of Development; Chief Diversity Officer; and Director of Marketing and Communications. The President serves as an advisor to Community Engagement and Professional Development; Columbia-Greene Community College Foundation; and the Columbia-Greene Community College Alumni Association.

Reporting to the Provost / Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs are the Chief Information Officer; Dean of Academic Affairs; Dean of Student Development; Chair of Advising, Career, and Transfer Services; Director of College in the High School; Director of Community Engagement and Professional Development; Director of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness; Librarian and Department Chair for Library and Media Services; and Director of Workforce New York.

Reporting to the Vice President / Chief Financial Officer are Bookkeeping Services; Buildings and Grounds; Bursar; Human Resources; Payroll and Accounting; Purchasing and Auxiliary Services; Safety and Security; and Student Financial Services.

The Dean of Academic Affairs oversees the Academic Divisions (Arts and Humanities, Business and Technology, Natural Sciences, Nursing, Social Sciences, Technical Professions); and is a liaison to Advising, Career, and Transfer Services; College in the High School; and Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness.

The Dean of Student Development oversees Accessibility and Community Services; Athletics; Career Success and Experiential Learning; Health Services; Records and Registration; Student Activities and Leadership; and Student Success.
