Columbia-Greene Community College receives governance from a 10-member Board of Trustees: four appointed by the Governor, five selected by the Columbia and Greene County sponsors, and one elected by the student body. Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Columbia-Greene Community College Board of Trustees meets on the third Monday of each month March through December and on the fourth Monday of the month in January and February. All Board meetings begin at 3:30 p.m., typically in the Professional Academic Center, Room 614.

NOTE: A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees will convene on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in Room 106.
